Once again, as with Dhammasangani, my imagination as to what other forms of titles someone might have used was inadequate. Obviously these 2 should be merged. In this case there may be some useful information to transfer. I'll have a look when I have time, perhaps, but I don't even know the techniques for moving material between articles.
