Miguel Vítor is a Portuguese footballer from Torres Vedras, Portugal om June 30, 1989 who plays central defender for SL Benfica, having been promoted from the junior squad for 2007-08, and already having made a debut in both the Portuguese Liga, against Vitória Guimarães, and in the UEFA Champions League, facing FC Copenhagen in the third qualifying round; this was because habitual starters Luisão and David Luiz have been sidelined with nagging injuries.
