Talk:Midland Football League

[edit] Does this have a website?
I was wondering whether this football league has a website for it. I find it very difficult in finding more information about this league. Perhaps users living in England has more knowledge about this league? --Siva1979Talk to me 02:17, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Siva, it would appear that this league and the Staffs County League have amalgamated to form the Staffs County Senior League, with the Midland League forming the Premier Division. Have a look at [1]. Mind you, they still seem to use the Midland League name for the top division, interchangably with the SCSL Premier name....very confusing.... - The league rules only mention the Staffordshire County Senior League, so can this article be moved there, so the title "Midland League" can be opened up so I can write an article on the Midland League that existed prior to 1982 and became part of the Northern Counties East League. - fchd 17:27, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

- Yes, I plan to do that later today. I've also sent an e-mail to the guy who maintains the SCSL website to confirm the exact status of the Midland League ChrisTheDude 06:50, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
