Middle Cove is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Middle Cove is located 9 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Willoughby. It is surrounded by the suburbs of Castlecrag, Willoughby and Castle Cove.

Although small in both population and size, Middle Cove contains the beautiful and serene Harold Reid Reserve, a large national park area that brings many tourists to the area.

Middle Cove takes its name from its location between two coves, Castle Cove and Crag Cove. Harold Reid Reserve was named to honour Harold J. Reid, a town clerk for the Municipality of Willoughby for over 50 years.
