Michael Fedele (born March 30, 1955 in Minturno, Italy) is an Italian-American politician. A Republican, Fedele is currently Connecticut's 87th Lieutenant Governor.

Fedele's first elected office was as a member of Stamford's 40 person Board of Representatives. He represented the heavily Republican 13th District from 1987-1991. Fedele represented Stamford's 147th District in the Connecticut House of Representatives from 1992 until 2002. He ran unsuccessfully for the Connecticut Senate that year, losing narrowly to Democrat Andrew J. McDonald. He founded and operated the Pinnacle Group, an IT firm in Connecticut.

Fedele graduated from Fairfield University in 1980 and Norwalk State Technical College.
