I clipped the following from the article:

Lactic Acid is good and doesn't cause metabolic acidosis. This is a common misconception. Look up Biochemistry of exercise-induced metabolic acidosis for further explanation and clarification. (Added today by 132.177.43.108)

Firstly, this is incorrect. Lactic acid is considered a cause of anion-gap metabolic acidosis. Secondly, the piece that I cut seemed to have been an edit of a previous section talking about anion-gap and non-AG acidosis.

I have reverted to the previous version of the article. rhetoric 05:16, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
