"TD Emanuel Sweeney, who claimed that Taylor did not understand "Christian marriage""

I can find no evidence of the existence of any TD of this name. The Oireachtas members database lists no TD or Senator with the first name "Emanuel", and the only Sweeney listed is Joseph Sweeney, a member of the first three Dáils who died in 1980.

Can anyone provide any sources for this quote? The attribution was added in version 42610480 on 07:12, 7 March 2006 by anonymous user at IP 63.164.145.85; diff.

In the meantime I have restored the previous wording on this subject.
