Merara (メララ?) is a fictional character from the manga series Keroro Land, based on the anime and manga series Sgt. Frog.

Merara is a member of the Black Stars.

Merara wear a black jumpsuit equipped with a red wing. He has a black helmet with a full-face with a scar on the right eye and wears white gloves. His eye is bright yellow. His symbol is an orange star. He uses a hover board as his transportation.

Merara is very experienced with hover boarding. His wing assists him in gliding.
