The Meath Senior Hurling Club Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association hurling club competition between the top Meath Clubs. The winners of the Meath Championship qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship. The first senior hurling championship was held in 1902 and Navan Hibernians finished as the inaugural winning team. The 2007 senior hurling champions are Kiltale who defeated Kilmessan by a score of 1-8 to 0-9.
