[edit] Redwall

Hello, and let me second that welcome! Thanks for helping out on the Redwall page. It's undergone some recent renovations and creation of new sections, thus the reason for the lack of content in some sections. Thanks for adding some info, and hopefully we will be able to add plenty more. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions about Wikipedia! [edit] Edit summaries

Hello McJeff! Thanks for continuing to add to Redwall-related articles. To help other editors more easily skim through your changes, please use edit summaries; it not only makes it easier for others, it also makes it easier for you to browse your previous contributions in the future.

Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions! EWS23 | (Leave me a message!) 02:37, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

Will do. I didn't actually notice the edit summary thing til you mentioned it... heh. McJeff 01:23, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Zombietime

The problem with the LGF cite is that it would be considered a self-published source, and could only be used if his authorship of the post is unquestionable. There is no way to verify that the post on LGF is actually zombie. If it was on his own blog, it would be a different story, because he controls the site, and anything signed by him is assumed to actually be by him. However, anyone could sign up at LGF as zombie and make that post. Please discuss further on Talk:Zombietime. - Crockspot 19:48, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] List of characters in Bully

I just wanted to say that i think you do a good job on this article. Keep it up and happy editing. Dan the man1983 15:44, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy delete

I can't discuss it on the talk page for that page, because it no longer exists. I'll write it here. I wasn't the prod'er of the original article, but it was deleted because the wrestler's article did not prove his notability. You recreated the page with no third party sources, so I put a speedy delete on it. If you want to recreate the article, make it in your sandbox first. Add third party sources (an official Dragon Gate webpage, his official webpage, and Onlineworldofwrestling.com don't count)...then the page may survive. Nikki311 20:43, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure how one goes about proving his notability through those means. It was my understanding that his performance on the Wrestling Society X program established his notability. At any rate, thanks for posting, and I'll recreate the page on my sandbox and try to work these issues out before I attempt to recreate the article itself again. McJeff 02:37, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vicious and Delicious

I have protected the article Vicious and Delicious because of the edit warring. Please discuss changes to the article on the talk page, and then I'll unprotect it. Thanks. --Ed (Edgar181) 18:56, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] December 2007

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to List of characters in Bully. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Bremerenator (talk) 14:00, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

What vandalism is this then?? I never saw any vandalism from McJeff on his last 3 edits to the List of Characters in Bully page. Dan the man1983 (talk) 14:22, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
He uses a bot as it says on his userpage, and the bot appears to have malfunctioned. I partook in no vandalism. For the sake of anyone passing by who's leery of people claiming they didn't vandalize, here's a link to the edits I made and his reverting of them as vandalism. [1] McJeff (talk) 15:11, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
I think the bot read the references that you added to Neil and saw the phrases "shut up" as vandalism, if so then that is hideous because i have used the phrase "idiot" in a reference on the article before. Dan the man1983 (talk) 15:27, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
It could've been where I said crap, also, although that was just another Neil quote. McJeff (talk) 20:20, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
And I left a message on the guy's userpage. McJeff (talk) 20:24, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
I don't know about that since i added both references back and the bot never reverted my edit or warned me about vandalism. Dan the man1983 (talk) 20:46, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
Anyways, just wishing you a Merry Christmas dude. Dan the man1983 (talk) 23:15, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
Apologies for the inconvenience. I don't use a bot, only a tool to help me identify vandalism. It reads from the page source and came up with "Alright kids, I'm in a crap mood today, so shut up and get to work." I was more than likely doing this while watching TV and not paying as much attention as I probably should have as it looked to me that someone had randomly put their feelings on the page in question. Also the tool redirects me to the last person to edit the article - the warning was nothing personal.

Hope this clears things up. Merry Christmas.--Bremerenator (talk) 23:52, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vicious and Delicious

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Vicious and Delicious, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 18:00, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

If you remove prods, you should give a reason. I'm sending the article to AFD. The tag team being part of the NWO isn't enough notability. They did nothing in tag team action worth noting, and relevant information is in the Norton and Bagwell articles already. RobJ1981 (talk) 14:50, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
You didn't give a reason. "It's non notable because it's non notable because it's non notable" is not a reason (even if most deletionists think it is). Anyway, you just stuck a tag on the article, so I removed it. Now it's in an actual debate, and I just have to hope a decent admin reviews it. McJeff (talk) 04:28, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
On a similar topic, please do not remove AfD notices as you did here until the AfD is closed. Thanks. Nikki311 04:30, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Vicious and Delicious

An editor has nominated Vicious and Delicious, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vicious and Delicious and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 14:59, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Hope that helps, BTW if you need help in how to edit them in your userpage, feel free to ask dude. But it explains on the article how to. Dan the Man1983 (talk) 03:36, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
I see you added some then, Cannot believe you like right wing politics, each to their own I guess. Dan the Man1983 (talk) 21:43, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
I'm prefer to characterize myself as "A socially conscious left leaning centrist with a firm belief in individual rights". McJeff (talk) 21:48, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
I go for Centre-left. I vote Labour here at home in the UK and if I lived in the US id vote Demorcats. Dan the Man1983 (talk) 21:53, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hmmm

Why do you keep insisting on Splatter Phoenix? I kinda liked her.Shadiac (talk) 03:18, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

  • shrug* Sorry dude. I kinda liked her too. But there just wasn't enough info about her to do a whole wikipedia article on. It wasn't personal. McJeff (talk) 03:46, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
Maybe I can help... What would you like as info? Shadiac (talk) 13:13, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Just a question.

But is that you who did all those edits over at the Bully wikia page? Dan the Man1983 (talk) 22:43, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Nah, I haven't been to the Bully wikia. McJeff (talk) 02:14, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
