May Shin (b. March 10, 1917) is a Burmese actress and singer.

She was born in 1917-03-10 at Mandaly, Mandalay Division. She is daughter of U Khin Lay and Daw Pwa Yon. She passed seventh grade from Watsaliyan School. In 1936 she joined with Ragoon A1 Film Company and she started acting. Her first film is Phu Sar Shin and in that film actor is Ye Kaung Chit Swe. She was successful in the first Myanmar audio film Mya Nat Maung. She was also noted for her singing. She lived in Yadanar House, Mya Sandar brach street, 26-B street, Between 62 street and 63 street, Aung Taw Mu Ward, Mandalay.
