Request reason: "I have never engaged in any sort of spam. East718, the administrator who blocked me, and I have competitive sites in the same sector (I can provide evidence of this). I find that links to his site can (still) be found on multiple pages, whilst links to my site on 1 or 2 pages results in an ban? Regardless of the verdict in my case, the links to his site should obviously also classify as spam, and be removed. Mavol (talk) 13:38, 30 April 2008 (UTC)"

Decline reason: "If you are adding links to your own site, then you are in violation of the spam guidelines. If your account's main activity is adding links to your site, then you are in violation of the spam guidelines. These rules remain regardless of whether other users behave badly, and regardless of the merits of your site. — FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 15:18, 30 April 2008 (UTC)"

I have also reviewed your contributions, and it does infact appear this is an Spam / advertising only account. Of your 53[1] article space contributions 28 are adding the same links to (filesharingplace.be and filesharingplace.com).

You are infact in violation of the following:

Please read the article I have been "spamming": http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kazaa (Variations section). You will see references to K-Lite v2.6, Kazaa Lite Resurrection and Kazaa Lite Tools. Links to all these programs are present in the "External links" section except for Kazaa Lite Resurrection (which would have to be the link to my site). Why is a link to my program spam, and the other links not? Or why do the others qualify and mine not, there's a whole paragraph about the program in the article. Mavol (talk) 19:59, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
