[edit] Eldar names

I've just been through most of the Warhammer 40,000 characters category and tweaked the filing, so that the entries are filed under their surname, rather than their forename or rank as was previously being done, but came slightly unstuck here: should this one be filed under "Maugan", "Ra" or something else?
