MacLeod's humorous French neighbor in Paris — his small boat was moored next to MacLeod's barge. Fond of drinking, he always had trouble keeping his jobs as chef de cuisine. He would later own a small restaurant and a jazz club. He had a niece, Simone, who was killed by an Immortal named Lucas Kagan. Unbeknownst to him, she was a prostitute and Kagan's accomplice in the robbery of a valuable Da Vinci sketch. His friend Duncan would avenge his niece's death by beheading Kagan.
