Unfortunately, the copyright info on the image is not clear at all. I see that you claimed "Nobody has copyright on the image", well how do we know that? Unless you provide proof that the image has no copyright, the policy is to assume it does so. I am trying to get in touch with his family to get a picture from them, otherwise, any picture taken from Banglapedia or other websites does not "automatically" become free.
