Mathias Kouo-Doumbe (born October 28, 1979 in Drancy, France) is a French football defender currently playing for Plymouth Argyle.

Doumbe started his career with French club Paris Saint-Germain before joining Scottish Premier League club Hibernian in 2001.

He spent three years in Scotland before joining his former Hibernian manager Bobby Williamson at Plymouth Argyle.
