Route 133 is an east-west Massachusetts state route that runs from Lowell to Gloucester. In 1930, 133 extended from Lowell to Rowley. Between 1959 and 1961, it was extended to Gloucester via Ispwich and Essex[1].
The route's eastern terminus is Gloucester at Route 127. Soon after, it meets the Route 128 freeway. It continues into Ipswich and Rowley, where it overlaps Route 1A. The route passes through Georgetown and Boxford then overlaps Route 125 in North Andover. The route's western terminus is at the junction with Routes 38 and110 in Lowell.
