Masaya Matsukaze (松風 雅也 Matsukaze Masaya?) (born September 9, 1976) is a Japanese male actor, seiyuu and radio personality who is formerly affiliated with Big Apple and now affiliated with Radix Mobanimation's Multicye division. He was born in Fukushima Prefecture and is now living in Tokyo. His blood type is O and his real name is Masaya Watanabe (渡邉 政也 Watanabe Masaya?).

He made his debut role as MegaBlue/Shun Namiki in the 1997 Super Sentai series, Denji Sentai Megaranger. His nickname is "Banchō". Matsukaze's hobbies are sunday carpentry, electricity products, kendo and scuba diving and his specialties are guitar, jet ski, snowboard and Bājíquán.
