[edit] Unbalanced article

The article says more about her brief relationship with Mick Jagger than about her singing and acting career. Can someone who knows the details redress the imbalance? A discography would be a good start. Rodparkes 03:01, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks to whoever worked on the article, especially Reservoirhill - it's much improved now. All that's needed is a bit more detail on her recordings and a discography (I'm only aware of one early album on Track, but I guess there's more). Rodparkes 01:51, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. I really enjoyed researching Marsha's life and learned a lot about her later life that I didn't know before especially the period since she moved to Ireland in 1997. There is still a gap in her bio that is pretty light on details between 1970 and when she started writing in the mid 80's. I couldn't find much material on this period on the internet but I assume that this was when she was dedicating herself to her musical and film career. I plan to get a copy of her autobiography Real Life in a week or two to help fill out this period in Marsha's life. Reservoirhill 14:19, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Marsha Hunt.jpg

Image:Marsha Hunt.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Hair poster

The poster can be used on the article for "Hair" because the poster is for "Hair". It's not fair-use on this article because this article isn't about the poster, the artist who drew the poster, or what the poster depicts. —  MusicMaker5376 19:52, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] You know you're right

I did some research on Wikipedia's policy on Acceptable Examples of Fair Use] and you are correct:

Acceptable Fair Use
Cover art: Cover art from various items, for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item

I learned something new.

Best regards,
