I believe newspapers are always notable, every tiny newspaper has an article on here. It is an encyclopedic topic you would expect on an encyclopedia which is not on paper.CholgatalK! 01:22, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] hot-tubber incident

I have a hard time believing that the quote/letter attributed to President Bush here is accurate, or that it isn't, at the very least, taken out of context. It would be nice to have a link to the actual letter, rather than the quote taken from the Guardian. The Guardian, as an alternatively weekly newspaper, is probably known for irreverent writing and would have no reason not to use a quote out of context, for comedic effect or what-not.
