Marco Antonio Regil Is a t.v. host for Univision and Telefutura (spanish networks in the U.S.) We have 40 million legal hispanics in the U.S. and most of them speak both english and spanish, so he definetly is well known for this segment of the audience.

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
