Maryland Route 481 is a state highway in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Also known as Damsontown Road, the route runs from Maryland Route 309 north of Queen Anne to Maryland Route 304 in Ruthsburg. The route is located to the west of Tuckahoe State Park, which is a state park along the Tuckahoe Creek.
