Maryland Route 480 is a two-lane road running diagonally from southwest to northeast connecting Maryland Route 404 in Hillsboro, Maryland to Maryland Route 313 in Greensboro, Maryland. The road passes through Ridgely, where it shares a brief concurrency with Maryland Route 312. In total, Route 480 is nine miles long.
