Maryland Route 28 is a state highway in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area of the U.S. state of Maryland. The road's western terminus is at US 15 in the community of Point of Rocks near the Potomac River, and its eastern terminus is at its junctions with MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) at the beginning of MD 198 near the community of Spencerville.
