Maryland Route 187, better known as Old Georgetown Road, is a north-south state highway that runs between Bethesda and Rockville in the U.S. state of Maryland. Both the northern and southern termini of Route 187 are at Maryland Route 355 (Wisconsin Avenue, a.k.a. Rockville Pike). Route 187 is often used as an alternate route to the often-congested and highly commercial Route 355.
Between its termini at Route 355, Route 187 has interchanges with both the Capital Beltway (I-495) and Interstate 270 in North Bethesda.
