Margie Gibson

Margie Gibson is a Zimbabwe cyclist, In 2007 represented her country, Zimbabwe at the 2007 African Mountainbike Championships that were held in Windhoek, Namibia. She placed 1st in the Women's 40-49 race at the championships.
Interesting fact : In 2007 Gibson and the Zimbabwe Mountain Bike team created history when they became the very first Zimbabwe Mountain Bike team to race in an official UCI international race when they competed at the 2007 UCI African MTB Championship that was held in Windhoek Namibia. Zimbabwe had in previous seasons raced in the road cycling discipline but never at mountain biking.
She has also completed 6 Blue Cross Zimbabwe 500Km events.
