Marcus James Jordan (born December 24, 1990) is an American high school basketball player currently attending Whitney Young High School, having transferred in the fall of 2007 from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois. Jordan is the son of retired NBA MVP Michael Jordan who played for the local Chicago Bulls. Jordan has been the product of local and national media attention,[1][2] and had three of his games broadcast nationally on ESPN in 2007.[3] His older brother Jeffrey also attended Loyola Academy (graduated in 2007) and played basketball. Jordan is projected as a "top-conference major-college point guard" by scouts.[2]
