TV screencap uploaded under fair use policy. TV screencap from Number 96 (TV series) produced by Don Cash and Bill Harmon of the now defunct Cash Harmon Television, for Network Ten Australia. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots for identification and critical commentary on the station ID or program and its contents on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.

The image provides critical commentary in describing a the program. Furthermore it is believed that this image will not impede the copyright owners ability to profit and is used for critical commentary only, the copyright holder is Cash Harmon Television.
