Might be a mistake in the Evil Blind description. "Evil Blind (Chapter 8) (Anime Episode 5) Neuro engulfs himself and anyone else of his choice in an aura. This allows Neuro and Co within a 10 mile radius to shift into a "lower resolution" of existence." I don't think there should be a part that says that Neuro really cares for Yako, because that is really a matter of opinion and fan speculation, not a definite fact. Snapesgirl34 (talk) 04:00, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
I'm removing the quote where Neuro talks about formerly being able to take an atom bomb and now needing to block firearms, since it's revealed shortly after that he was lying to X and the entire statement's level of validity is subject. This is also demonstrated later, when he made no effort to block many shots. The weakening thing, is a big part of the story though so it should stay. The quote is just not useful.
