Magdi Abdelghani (born July 27, 1959) is a former Egyptian footballer. He played in Portugal for Beira-Mar. He represented Egypt at the 1990 World Cup in Italy, scoring their only goal of the tournament, a penalty in their 1-1 draw with Holland.
