[edit] Diet and lifestyle

Macrobiotic diet is covered extensively in its own article. The only additional information this article offers is: "This lifestyle entails ... attention to one's physical activity and social contact." This is super-vague. Could someone please add more detail, and some references. Otherwise I think this article should be replaced by a redirect to Macrobiotic diet, thanks. Maikel (talk) 00:32, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
