A Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) agent, Lynn McAdams attracted attention during the Air India inquiry.

On June 4, 1985, McAdams and Larry Lowe had trailed the bombing suspects Talwinder Singh Parmar and Surjan Singh Gill along with an unidentified man as they travelled to a Vancouver ferry terminal. This revelation led to controversy about possible knowledge of the plot by Canadian authorities.
