Luis Philippe Santos Manzano, nicknamed Lucky Manzano (born April 21, 1981 in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines), is a Filipino actor and television host.

Manzano was born to Filipino actors Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. His stepfather is Former Philippine senator Ralph G. Recto of Batangas. His half-brother is Ryan Christian Recto.
He studied at the De La Salle University's College of Saint Benilde in Malate, Manila, majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Institution Management. His step-father is Philippine senator Ralph G. Recto of Batangas. He is also a friend of actress Anne Curtis, whom he met since high school.
