Louisiana Highway 560-4 (LA 560-4) is a member of the LA 560-x collection of four very short state highways in Louisiana that serve Jefferson Parish, particularly the West Bank. LA 560-4 spans 0.89 miles in a southwest to northeast direction and is known Sharpe Road.

From the southwest, LA 560-4 begins at the north bank of Bayou Barataria in Crown Point. It continues northeastward to a terminus at LA 45 (Barataria Boulevard).
LA 560-4 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
