Louisiana Highway 560-3 (LA 560-3) is a member of the LA 560-x collection of four very short state highways in Louisiana that serve Jefferson Parish, particularly the West Bank. LA 560-3 spans 0.71 miles in a southwest to northeast direction and is known as 7th Street and Avenue B.

From the southwest, LA 560-3 begins at an intersection with LA 45 (Barataria Boulevard) just south of its northern terminus. It continues eastward along 7th Street before turning northward along Avenue B. It ends at LA 18 (4th Street).
LA 560-3 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
