Louisiana Highway 448 (LA 448) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Helena Parish. It spans 8.64 miles in a south to north direction.

A rural highway, LA 448's southern terminus is at an intersection with LA 37 north of Grangeville. After heading north nearly nine miles, it ends at LA 10 in Darlington.
LA 448 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
