Louisiana Highway 1023 (LA 1023) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Livingston Parish. It spans 3.99 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Reinninger Road.

From the south, LA 1023 begins at a junction with LA 1019 (Springfield Road) north of Walker. It heads northward to a terminus at LA 63 (Weiss Road) northeast of Watson.
LA 1023 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
