Louisiana Highway 1022 (LA 1022) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Livingston Parish. It spans 1.85 miles in a southeast to northwest direction. It is known locally as Fore Road.

From the southeast, LA 1022 begins at a junction with LA 1019 (Springfield Road) east of Watson. It heads northwestward to a terminus at LA 16 north of Watson.
LA 1022 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
