[edit] Question about Lord Zed
Considering he was Americian made. Does anyone know who he replaced and why? 67.71.76.222 23:11, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
All the villains of Dairanger had their faces exposed, so the Japanese footage was useless unless they either 1: recast everyone or 2: dubbed it like Zyuranger, but that'd mean no unmorphed fights. Leader was Gorma XV, who's outfit was reused for Master Org. Secondary badguy was the one they used for Mondo the Magician in the storybook episodes. DeathWeed 04:55, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
How is Zedd a jew? I found him in the category of Fictional jews but removed him.
- Lord Zedd's religious affiliation is unsubstantiated at best and is merely toyed with during the series. Besides, an evil being who practices a religion besides something Satanic doesn't even make sense. Religion teaches good morals... much too contradictory. Plus, the Jewish faith is an Earth-based religion... Zedd isn't even from Earth! The only reason a few elements that may hint at Jewish affiliation are included is because Haim Saban and Shuki Levy are both Jewish... it was for comedic purposes, not to be taken seriously. - Right, it was for comedic purposes, but so are many other mentions of Jewishness in fiction, sometimes. I think Zedd is kind of a fun addition to this category and is good for variety. Remember, it's fictional Jews so it's supposed to illustrate how Jewishness is portrayed in fiction - and this is an interesting example. (As for your comment about practicing Satanism... Zedd was originally a (good) human, so he could have been Jewish before being turned evil - and just never dropped his Judaism, since he certainly didn't practice any other religion and he clearly married Rita in a Jewish ceremony) 130.113.111.214 22:03, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

- He should be removed from the fictional jews category, he doesn't belong. Yes his wedding had a jewish slant, but that was for comedic effect. It's impossible for him to be jewish for several reasons: 1) He's an alien being from another world. 2) His age predates the jewish religion (he's, at minimum, over 10,000 years old). 3) He's not human, nor was he ever shown or said to be human until Zordon's energy wave hit. In which case it may have merely turned him human, as his previous form seemed to be his actual body. --156.34.68.195 05:18, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
- He's a fictional Jew, so traditional Jewish history and traditions are not really relevant. If he was portrayed as Jewish despite the fact that it was illogical, then that is notable for a "fiction" category. Mad Jack 22:28, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] It must be burried forever...
It is our responsibilty to keep all references to "Agony in Pink" and its counterparts OUT of Wikipedia. This is a disgrace to all forms of writing and cannot be allowed to be referenced on this site. This is completely different than "Scorpion Rain"... this isn't something that has a place in being mentioned in conjunction with anything PR. I'd like to create a movement against any and all references to AiP on Wikipedia for everyone's sake. RabidPanda V 04:25, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- While I don't think we should be removing infiormaton simply because they are pornagraphic in nature I would agree that this should not be here due to it being a fanfiction in nature and the fact that it does not meet notabiity requirements. --65.95.17.200 23:19, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
- It also shouldn't be in the Kimberly Hart article, but that one is locked due to vandalism, so there's not much that can be done. RabidPanda V 01:36, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Zedd2.jpg
Image:Zedd2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Just a brief note about Zedd in PR: Super Legends
The line of dialogue where Zedd calls himself "Galactic Overlord" was only Zedd getting ahead of himself, similar to Darkonda's "King Darkonda has a nice ring to it!" line in Countdown To Destruction. He *would* have been "Galactic Overlord" Zedd had his plan succeeded. But since he didn't, he was still only "Lord" Zedd. Just thought I'd clear that up, as I've seen this mistake made more than once.
