Lorgio Álvarez Roca (born June 26, 1978 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian football player. He currently plays for Cerro Porteño of Paraguay.

He capped for Bolivia at Copa América 2001 and 2004 and 2007. He scored a really amazing goal during Copa América 2004 against Peru.
