Lolo Sainz

Manuel Sainz Márquez, born August 28, 1940 in Tetuan, is a Spanish former basketball player and coach. On February 3, 2008, he was chosen as one of the 50 most influential personalities to European Club Basketball over the last half-century by the Euroleague Basketball Experts Committee.[1]

He spent most of his career in Real Madrid, either as a player or a coach. He did, however, coach the Spanish national team between 1993 and 2001.
