Aldo Ossola (born March 13, 1945) is an Italian former basketball player. A playmaker with a great ability to set the rhythm for his team.
Ossola won with the great Ignis Varese team of the seventies 5 Euroleague titles (1970, 1972, 1973, 1975 and 1976) and played in ten consecutive finals, a record that is almost impossible to be broken.
On February 3, 2008, Ossola was chosen as one of the 50 most influential personalities to European Club Basketball over the last half-century by the Euroleague Basketball Experts Committee.[1]
