This image or media has a non-free use rationale that is disputed because of the following concern: This is a logo of a start-up airline from Brazil, and it is likely (well almost positively certain) that the logo will be trademarked (now or in future). It quite literally fails WP:LOGO. Unless this concern is addressed by adding an appropriate non-free use rationale, or in some other way, the image will be deleted or removed from some uses after Tuesday, 17 June 2008.
