[edit] Which Llewelyn?

If the story about "Prince Llewelyn" making Llanrwst a "free borough", it needs to cite a source. It also needs to say which prince (Llewelyn the Great or Llewelyn the Last) and if possible the date. --rossb 06:40, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Justification for independence?

I must be missing something here, but how does independence from the local ecclesiastical hierarchy equal being an independent state? TharkunColl 11:33, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Cardiff

What era saw Llanrwst bigger than Cardiff.

[edit] I suppose this is to be considered a seperate country now.

With consensus I will add this to the list of countries within europe. Zazaban 20:07, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Merge Proposal

The Pont Fawr article appears to exist to promote the sale of a commercial photograph and should be merged into the Llanrwst article. The Llanrwst article has two photographs of the bridge and already says as much about the bridge as the Pont Fawr article, which apart from stating the obvious says nothing informative. • Merge. NO CONTEST. The Pont Fawr article seemed to be started as an {{advert}} but was toned down; and now, it is nothing but a sorry little stub. The Llanrwst article already mentions the bridge in more detail, therefore, there should be no-contest. It has been almost 2 months since the merge was proposed. I will redirect and leave a merge-reason. -- Emana 02:34, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
