Little Wittenham is a small village on the southern bank of the River Thames, North-East of Didcot in Oxfordshire, England.

St Peter's Church is very picturesque, but was mostly rebuilt in 1862, although the 14th century tower is original. It includes a memorial to members of the Dunch family (who lived in Little Wittennham), many of whom represented Wallingford as MPs, including Edmund Dunch, member of the Kit-Kat Club.

Day's Lock is nearby to the north-east. On the opposite bank to the north-east, a little distance from the river itself, is the town of Dorchester-on-Thames.

To the south of the village are the hills of Wittenham Clumps and to the south-east is Little Wittenham Wood bordering on the river. From Round Hill, one of the Clumps, there is a good view of the village to the north.
