[edit] Other notes
It appears that Rockville to Frederick was never a turnpike: [9] --NE2 10:31, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
I'm really unsure about the name of the Boonsborough Turnpike (Boonsboro - Funkstown - Hagerstown). --NE2 00:59, 15 June 2007 (UTC) According to [10] it was the Hagerstown and Boonsboro Turnpike, and ran from Baltimore and Mulberry Streets in Hagerstown through Boonsboro to the Washington/Frederick County line. --NE2 00:28, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
The Calverton Turnpike began at Frederick Avenue and Calverton Road. --NE2 03:18, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
It looks like the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike became the Electric Company Turnpike: [11] --NE2 00:44, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
