[edit] District Reference Groups
I've added a list of district reference groups in order to help readers compare their school districts to others, all of which have school profile reports at the state Department of Education Web site. As school district articles are created and links are added, I hope links will go to both the county lists and the DRG lists.
I'm not sure what use it would really be to have these two types of listings in different articles, or what use it would be to try to combine the lists: There's value in knowing what school districts are in which counties, and there's value in having the lists organized by DRG group.
Each school district article should also have the list of other school districts in the same group, which helps readers compare how their schools are doing in contrast (or similarity) to how well similar districts are doing (which is, after all, the purpose of the DRGs).
