[edit] Article Quality

This article is so poorly written it's nearly incomprehensible. 99.244.223.134 04:01, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

I wholeheartedly agreed with this, so I went through and rewrote huge chunks of it and added a bunch of links. Hopefully it's in a state where someone else can now make it even better without having to wade through fixing grammar and spelling errors. SAColorfinger (talk) 22:31, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
By the way, I made the assumption that all the information was correct, and basically just rewrote the same information in a more formal tone. SAColorfinger (talk) 01:03, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Can the user from 76.117.40.177 please stop removing links to other Silent Hill related wikipedia pages. These are relevant to this page and there is no reason to remove them. SAColorfinger (talk) 17:18, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Eponymous

The first sentence of this article says that Silent Hill is an eponymous name, but what is the eponym? If it is truly an eponym, someone please find it and cite it. (Takkunelwood 23:14, 1 June 2007 (UTC))

I would think the game of Silent Hill could be referred to as eponymous since it is named for the town of Silent Hill, but I don't think the town could necessarily be called eponymous. I removed it. SAColorfinger (talk) 18:26, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hospital

  1. St. Jerome’s Hospital – A hospital in Ashfield. Notable patients include Eileen Galvin, Mary Sheperd-Sunderland and Laura.

Pardon, but until someone can provide in game (or in applicable outside sources, like the Lost Memories handbook) evidence that Mary and Laura were patients of St. Jerome's, I'll be removing them from this list. Artemis Panthar 01:14, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Maps

Would it be possibal for the town maps that are shown in the games to be put in this article? 64.16.40.18 07:17, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Midwich Elementary School Merger

I am against a merge. This article attempts to describe the locations in the game briefly and merging with the Midwich Elementary School article would provide excessive detail about one specific location. Also, the Midwich Elementary School article seems sufficiently developed to be able to stand on its own. --Nanobri 03:53, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
