Talk:List of Prime Ministers of Bangladesh

[edit] Are advisors considered Prime Ministers?
- Are Chief advisors considered to be Prime Ministers? The posts are not entirely the same, so I'm not sure if CA's belong here.
- Even then, was Fazlul Haque the CA even for a single day? Any ref for that?

(Never mind for the 2nd point, it seems that there is this ref which shows that Mr. Haque was "Acting CA" (though for about 21 hours only).) --Ragib (talk) 12:30, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Use of Images
Should we really have the portaits in the lists (i.e. both this list and the list of Presidents)? Sure the images improve the quality of the list, but I foresee that the images are going to become the number 1 obstacle in getting these lists featured. That would be for 2 reasons:
- If we add image for some entries, we'll be expected to add images for all or atleast most of the entries - which is going to be difficult.
- The copyright status for some of the images is very dubious. Take for example, the images of Sheikh Hasina and Khaleda Zia. Hasina's image is a derivative image from another image which is a derivative from several non-free images. So, I believe the copyright of that image is questionable. The Khaleda Zia image is taken from Banglapedia and the uploader is claiming that Asiatic Society has released all Banglapedia images under a CC license! I simply don't see how such a claim is acceptable. Arman (Talk) 02:15, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
One thing is sure, Asiatic Society has not released any images under any free license. That uploader is faking the license. --Ragib (talk) 02:18, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
- I have now deleted that Image of Khaleda Zia because a proper explanation of the license to be released under a CC license wasnt specified by the Asiatic Society publishers. But I am not sure whether to delete Hasina or not, the images in the first place was uploaded on the Minus 2 Formula article, so wasnt deleted then, that image is just a cropped version of it. - More concerns: The Ataur Rahman Khan image is a fair-use image and as such it can only be used on the article Ataur Rahman Khan; it shouldn't be used on a list like this. The Moudud Ahmed image by "Pavel Rahman", an award winning photo-journalist from Associated Press (AP), is very unlikely to be a free media. The copyright-holder of this image is either Pavel Rahman himself, or Associate Press, and without explicit permission from either of them, the image shouldn't be used on wikipedia. I believe Wikipedia admins will soon delete this photograph as well. Arman (Talk) 01:51, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
- Just noticed, the Sheikh Mujibur Rahman image is also fair-use image and should not be added to a list. Arman (Talk) 12:28, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
