"Afghan" is a synonym for Pashtuns, and NONE of the poets in this article were Pashtuns. Besides that, ther ewas no country "Afghanistan" back then. Most of the poets named in this article were Persians.

According to the Pushtu article, Pushtu is also known as the Afghan or Afghani language, so I moved List of Afghani language poets to List of Pushtu language poets. Alexander 007 20:55, 18 December 2005 (UTC)
